If you ordered the wrong part, we may accept a return only if the item is unused/uninstalled and meets the eligibility conditions. Delivery fees may not be refundable in cases where the wrong item was ordered by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged or is manufacturing-defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or video evidence. After inspection or verification, we may offer a replacement, repair (where applicable), or refund.
